Who am I

I am Zoltan Vass. As a Chief Remote Working Officer with 20 years remote working, tech and digital, project management and commercial experience I have key expertise in remotely leading digital and business transformation and innovation programmes, across multiple sectors and geographic locations.

Specialising in empowering leaders and teams to build ‘next era’ remote, flexible and hybrid working, my role is to create efficiencies and, ultimately to maximise company value.

I am multi-lingual, results-driven and London-based, with a unique network in the UK and Eastern Europe, I bring technical, digital and strategic understanding of recent changes – and what lies ahead – for the workplace. Both a thinker and doer -not shy from ground work – I’m happy to roll up my sleeves and address the task at hand, whatever it may be.

From organising programme governance to detailed project development in business and digital transformation, I apply extensive experience of bridging tech, digital and communication gaps – across borders and, importantly, between client, partner agency and third parties.

Recognised as one of the most influential people in UK digital by British Interactive Media Association, I was thrilled by a membership at The Friends of Hungary Foundation, from nomination by New Generation Centre London, and a 95.8% customer service rating from an undercover Gallup inspector at The Dorchester.

Driving communication between teams and team members across locations in UK, Middle East, Europe and Eastern Europe. I provide solutions, and upgrade and fine-tune project and programme delivery processes to meet UK client expectations.

Remotely manage change and cultural transformation

With Hungarian as a first language and fluent Serbian I have a common language with most of the Balkan states. My tailored approach is invaluable in building trusting and productive relationships across international and cultural boundaries.

Building cultural bridges

Awareness of nuances in culture between UK and Eastern European, and within Eastern European regions and ethnic groups, can be key to successful partnerships. I upskill teams through culture and mindset transformation, building stronger cross-cultural collaborations.

I know first-hand the stresses and strains that can cause a disjointed client/development agency relationship, especially working remotely. With technical expertise and a customer service background I am ideally positioned to be the missing link and overcome language, tech and cultural barriers between client and agency - as well as across Europe.

NETWORK

With senior contacts and very long-standing relationships with talent, tech and digital owners across Eastern Europe, I am able to source partners and collaborators to suit most projects. Outside of UK, my base extends to Hungary, Serbia, Ukraine and Poland and I am confident of useful connections throughout Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Croatia.

Innovation

The technology exists to improve your teams’ efficiency and productivity and I drill down to pinpoint it. From the introduction of new tech, systems and procedures to the full utilisation of existing infrastructures and employing retrospectives, I am proficient in the use of automation and tool implementation to increase productivity and reduce costs.
